What is the CX Summit?

Hosted by Case Status, the CX Summit is the premier gathering for legal professionals and innovators focused on client experience, technology, AI, data, and growth. Expect dynamic sessions, meaningful connections, and actionable takeaways.

When and where is the summit?

The 2026 CX Summit will take place Wednesday, September 16 – Friday, September 18, 2026, at Hotel Emeline in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

Is the CX Summit CLE accredited?

Yes. The Case Status® CX Summit™ is CLE accredited. Attendees are eligible to earn CLE credits by participating in conference sessions at no additional cost. State-specific accreditation details will be shared closer to the event.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 16: Afternoon registration and Welcome Reception
  • Thursday, Sept. 17: Full day of programming followed by offsite dinner 
  • Friday, Sept. 18: Morning programming and closing lunch, concluding early afternoon

Where should I stay?

We’ve secured exclusive room blocks with discounted rates at Hotel Emeline for CX Summit attendees. Booking details will be shared when registration opens and included in your confirmation email.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed but have been noted with the hotel.

To accommodate travel, luggage storage will be provided on Wednesday and Friday for guests.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Firms registering three or more attendees may be eligible for group pricing. Please reach out to cx-summit@casestatus.com for to discuss custom pricing.

Are tickets limited?

Yes. Attendance is intentionally capped to preserve the quality of conversations and networking. Some ticket tiers and experiences have limited availability.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

All ticket sales are final. However, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost until Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

If you purchased the ticket, refer to your registration confirmation email for transfer instructions.

If you did not purchase the ticket, email cx-summit@casestatus.com with the new attendee’s name, title, company, and email.

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies (e.g. medical issues or significant travel disruptions). Please reach out to cx-summit@casestatus.com to discuss your situation.

Yes. The summit includes dedicated networking opportunities, curated introductions, and sponsor activations

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The official event app will launch before the event. Attendees will receive access to build their schedule, connect with others, and receive live updates.

What’s the dress code?

Business casual is encouraged. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking to nearby venues. Charleston weather in September can be warm during the day and cooler in the evenings, so layers are advised.

Will there be dietary accommodations?

Yes. Please email cx-summit@casestatus.com with your dietary requirements and our team will accommodate labeled meals accordingly.

Will photos or videos be taken at the event?

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Please contact our team in advance if you have concerns.
