Support for Multiple Branding per Firm

We’ve launched support for multiple brands within a single firm to better accommodate firm mergers and acquisitions and maintain client trust.

When a law firm is acquired and integrated into a parent organization (with a shared Case Management System), clients can now continue seeing the original firm's branding when using Case Status. This update ensures that clients maintain a consistent, trusted experience—even after firm consolidation.

PracticePanther Integration (Beta Now Open!)

We’re excited to expand our integration family with the addition of PracticePanther. This new integration allows firms to:

  • Import cases from PracticePanther into Case Status.
  • Sync back messages seamlessly.
  • Provide firms using PracticePanther with the full benefits of Case Status, including streamlined workflows and enhanced client communication.

What We’re Working on Now

MyCase Calendar Syncing

We’re enhancing our MyCase integration with a highly-requested feature: Calendar Appointment Syncing!

This update will:

  • Automatically sync appointments from MyCase to Case Status.
  • Eliminate the hassle of double data entry.
  • Ensure clients are informed with automated reminders and can view upcoming appointments directly in our app.

Additional Client Feedback Options

We're expanding our survey capabilities. We are adding support for Client Satisfaction surveys.  The result will be a more robust means of capturing client satisfaction and sentiment for analysis by firms. By using CSAT in addition to NPS, firms will further understand where to better deploy resources to improve client relations.
