This CLE will address the specific rules and comments regarding client communication to help lawyers understand not only their bar-mandated responsibilities, but also how to build a system to protect your mental health while also meeting clients’ needs.
The instructor will share detailed insights into Rule 1.4 and also how to builds a healthy legal practice in a high-stress profession.

Lecturer
Reene Morgan, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of RAM Law, LLC.
Her law practices is unique in that she has significant trial and courtroom experience in criminal and civil matters and also in resolving small claims prior to filling a lawsuit. Her personal lawyering philosophy is to provide high quality legal services at affordable or partial pro bono rates in an efficient manner so that she may live a simple, contented life support and being supported by my community.
She has been teaching for nearly 20 years at the K-12 and college level informally and through multiple non-profit organizations. She has been TEOFL certified since 2019 and taught English to Chinese speaking children for a year to gain experience.
