How It Works
Calculate the days between when all necessary information is received and when the document is delivered to the client.
Example
If you completed 20 documents with a total turnaround time of 70 days, your DT is 70 ÷ 20 = 3.5 days.
Note
This is an inverse metric, meaning lower values are better. For example, a shorter response time indicates better performance.
