This Month's Updates:

All Bulk Action Updates are Complete!

We have finished the full overhaul of the bulk actions section which now includes additional features that further enhance our mass update and messaging capabilities. These enhancements include the following:

  • Ability to update whether a bulk message will be sent as the Primary Attorney or as the current user
  • A new scheduled message selector
  • A centralized section for Adding, Removing or Replacing staff members from a case
  • A breadcrumb to the top so that users can easily navigate back to the bulk actions menu and select a new action. 

Stage Configuration Enhancements

Properly setting up stages for a Practice Area is critical to ensuring clients have a complete understanding of their cases journey. We have made some enhancements to the configuration process to ensure this setup is as easy and flexible as possible. 

The following updates are now live!

  1. Inlining editing of a stage: This makes it quick and easy to edit a singular stage title or description without entering the full edit modal.
  2. Delete any stage from a Practice Area: Previously you could only delete the last stage of a Practice Area which made removing stages from the middle or beginning of a Practice Area a burden. Now firm users can use the trash can icon next to a stage to delete the stage all together. When choosing to delete a stage, a modal will pop up asking to confirm and informing the user that all cases within that stage will move to the next stage.
  3. Drag & drop stage position enhancement: We have expanded the functionality of the 'drag and drop' stage feature which allows users to re-order the stages within a Practice Area. Now users will be able to re-order their stages even if there are cases within those stages. 

Client Activity Feed is now LIVE for all Case Status Customers!

We have released our newest feature the Client Activity Feed and now all firms will have even more insight into how clients are interacting with their case on the mobile and web app.

The new 'Activity' tab will display all actions the client has performed in the iOS, Android or Web app. More information regarding the types of activities and categories can be found here.

Dedicated Document Section in Mobile

In August we will be releasing a long awaited mobile feature: The ability to filter the message thread to view only the files and documents sent and received by the client. 

This feature will allow both client and attorney users to easily search for files and further filter them by type and the user who sent the file. Users will also be able to view or download the files. All of these will make it infinitely easier for clients and firm users to find previously sent collateral rather than having to scroll through their messages to locate it.
