The result

As a Filevine customer, Lyfe Law had already optimized their back-office operations. With the integration of Case Status into Filevine, they imported and synchronized cases, documents, messages, and status updates, improving client experience immediately upon invite. Managing 300-400 active cases and around 150 appointments weekly, Case Status saves 5 minutes per appointment, allowing the team to focus on more valuable tasks. With an industry average net promoter score of 32, Lyfe Law uses Case Status to achieve high customer satisfaction, keeping clients informed throughout their journey. In the first seven months, Lyfe Law increased their Google reviews from 86 to 239, continuing to grow. Serving many Hispanic clients, the bilingual staff and the Spanish version of the Case Status mobile app further enhance the client experience.
