Details about this webinar
The legal services market is tightening. Ad dollars produce less. Buyers no longer respond to billboards or TV spots the way they used to. And yet most law firms keep doing what they've always done, then wonder why growth is harder than it used to be.
For the second annual Legal CX Report®, Case Status partnered with Researchscape to survey more than 430 practicing attorneys, law firm executives, and legal clients. We set out to test a bold idea: that today's clients care more about how their firm treats them than about the legal outcome itself. The data revealed a more nuanced and more useful story. Clients evaluate firms holistically, weighing outcomes and experience together. Three in four clients say they're satisfied. But only 41% would recommend their firm, and just 29% would leave a positive review. That gap, satisfied but silent, is quietly costing firms growth in a market where recommendations and reviews drive more buying decisions than any other channel.
Join the Case Status team for the live reveal. We will walk through the key findings:
Finding 1: Clients judge firms on both legal outcomes and how they are treated
Finding 2: Three in four clients are satisfied, but most stay silent
Finding 3: Buyers rely on recommendations, reviews, and referrals, not ads
Finding 4: Operational investments in CX drive higher Google review scores
Finding 5: Attorneys want to change, but firms still operate like it is 1999 - they want an operating model
Leave with a clear view of what is quietly costing your firm growth, and the operational moves that turn satisfied clients into the firm's most efficient marketing channel.
