He co-founded GuideSpark, where he led the company through multiple funding rounds and grew revenue to $25M+ before its acquisition by Tivian. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Presedia (acquired by Macromedia), where he led product lines that grew to $50M+ and played a key role in launching Adobe’s early SaaS businesses post-acquisition. Today, in addition to leading product at Case Status, he serves as Chairman of Envoque, helping enterprises modernize employee communication.

Leah is an experienced product leader with a strong background in legal technology and client communication platforms. As Director of Product at Case Status, she spearheads the development of tools that enhance client engagement and streamline communication for law firms. Leah is known for her strategic thinking, user-focused design, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions.

Charles Lane is the Chief Technology Officer at Case Status, where he has guided the company’s technical vision and product development for more than six years. With expertise in software development, database architecture, and DevOps, Charles leads the engineering team in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that power the Case Status platform. His leadership drives the integration of intelligence and automation into the client experience, helping firms transform the way they serve their clients.
