With decades of experience as a paralegal specializing in Plaintiff's Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation, Margie brings both deep expertise and genuine care to every client she serves. She believes that understanding a client's situation on a human level, not just a legal one, is the foundation of great representation. Her goal is simple: by the time a case concludes, she wants clients to walk away feeling not just well-served, but knowing they have a trusted friend they can count on. Specialties: Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Motorcycle & Trucking Accidents, General Civil Litigation

Kathy is the Innovation & Client Experience Manager at Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys. In this newly created leadership role, she spearheads process improvements and technology integration to enhance how clients interact with the firm. Before this transition, Kathy served for many years as the firm's Legal Project Manager and Senior Paralegal (also known as the Case Flow Manager), where she was instrumental in managing litigation projects and supporting the legal team.

Paul specializes in bringing new and disruptive technology and SaaS solutions to market, refining solutions to provide more value to customers. He is passionate about technology: helping businesses like law firms run better while at the same time delighting the consumers they serve.

Keith is a seasoned SaaS leader with a track record of building and scaling innovative technology companies. He co-founded GuideSpark, where he led the company through multiple funding rounds and grew revenue to $25M+ before its acquisition by Tivian. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Presedia (acquired by Macromedia), where he led product lines that grew to $50M+ and played a key role in launching Adobe’s early SaaS businesses post-acquisition. Today, in addition to leading product at Case Status, he serves as Chairman of Envoque, helping enterprises modernize employee communication.
