Confido is a legal payments platform built for law firms. Together with Case Status, your client receives their settlement funds digitally inside the same 5-star app they have used since day one. No new login, no trip to the bank, no waiting on the mail.

Confido Firms Finish the Case the Way They Started It
You spent months keeping your client informed. They watched every stage move. They felt taken care of. Then the case settles and the last step falls back to the way it has always been done: a phone call, a mailing address, a check in an envelope, and a week of "did it come yet?"
That last mile is the part of the case your client tells their family about. Case Status and Confido close it, so the disbursement happens right inside the app your client already trusts.
Stop Handling Paper Checks
Printing, signing, mailing, tracking, reissuing the one that never arrived. Confido moves the disbursement digitally and Case Status is where your client picks it up.
Fewer "Where Is My Money?" Calls
The most predictable call at the end of a case. Your client can see the disbursement and its status in the same thread they have used all along, so your team is not the status line.
Keep Bank Details Off Your Desk
A text or an email asking for account details is easy to spoof, and once your team has written a routing number on a legal pad, your firm owns that risk. Here the client enters their own details directly with Confido, inside a channel they already know belongs to you.
One Less System to Open
The disbursement starts inside Case Status. Your case manager stays in the workflow they already know instead of switching to another platform at the worst possible moment.

Integration FAQs
Yes. This integration connects two platforms, so your firm needs an account with both. If you use one and not the other, tell us on the form and we will get you to the right team.
Not in this release. This integration covers settlement disbursements, which is what our personal injury and contingency firms asked for first. Client to firm payment acceptance is a separate conversation, and Confido supports it today.
Your funds still move through Confido's disbursement flow the way they do today. Case Status is the channel your client uses to receive them, not the ledger.
If your firm already has both platforms, connecting them takes about as long as copying and pasting a key. Your Case Status team can walk you through it.
The request comes from your firm, in your firm's branding, in the thread they have been using for months. That familiarity is the point.
