We’re back with this month’s latest updates—each one built from customer feedback and designed to help your team work smarter, faster, and more securely. From improved document handling to upgraded security features, here’s what’s new and what’s coming soon at Case Status.
New This Month
Usability Enhancements That Make a Difference
We’ve rolled out several high-impact updates to streamline client communication and internal workflows:
1. Multiple File Attachments
You can now attach, review, and remove multiple files in a single message—saving time and improving communication clarity.
2. Bulk Add/Remove Case Holds
Need to pause communication on several cases at once? No problem. With our new bulk hold functionality, firms can apply or lift client holds across multiple cases with just a few clicks.
3. Stage Information in NPS Feedback
We've added more context to Net Promoter Score (NPS) responses. Now, when viewing NPS feedback within the Internal Messaging tab, you’ll see the corresponding case stage name and number. This provides deeper insights into when feedback was submitted and helps teams better evaluate client sentiment in relation to the case journey.
Now Live: MyCase Calendar Syncing
We’re excited to announce the latest enhancement to our MyCase integration: Calendar Appointment Syncing is officially live!
This highly-requested feature enables:
• Automatic syncing of appointments from MyCase into Case Status
• Elimination of double data entry across platforms
• Real-time appointment visibility and reminders for clients within the Case Status app
• No more back-and-forth or scheduling gaps—just a seamless, connected calendar experience. If you haven’t enabled it yet, now’s the time.
What We’re Working on Now
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Staff Users
Security is a top priority. We’re adding Two-Factor Authentication to staff logins, ensuring an extra layer of protection for your team. Staff users will be prompted to enter a one-time verification code upon login—helping safeguard your firm’s data with minimal disruption.
Multiple File Downloads
We’re making document access even easier. Soon, users will be able to select and download multiple files at once, rather than exporting all or downloading one at a time. This is a huge win for workflow efficiency, especially for teams managing large volumes of documents.
