Case Status Text Service

The Case Status Text Service is provided by Case Status, designed to facilitate communication between Subscribers and their respective clients or representatives, in which you may be one. The Text Service can send SMS notifications to keep you informed about updates to your legal matters if you are aligned to one of our Subscribers. These messages may prompt you to check the App for detailed information on your case. Additionally, SMS messages may be sent to deliver verification codes needed for App login. Messages are delivered via SMS to the mobile number provided during registration. You may receive the following types of messages: (1) Case status updates with a prompt to check the Case Status app; (2) Verification codes for secure login to the app; or (3) similar types of messages. Message frequency varies based on specific case activity and your interactions. Message frequency for One Time Passcode is 1msg/request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out Instructions: You can opt out of the Case Status SMS Program at any time by texting "STOP". After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword ‘HELP’ for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@casestatus.com.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
